The inherent limitations of SharePoint’s basic Owner, Member, Visitor model often puzzle businesses and nonprofits. There seems to be a significant risk wherein well-meaning staff members are promoted, out of necessity, to fulfil organizational needs, therefore increasing the risk of a potential security breach. The essential question to ponder is - Are there too many cooks in the SharePoint kitchen?
